Local participation
Our model begins with the people, producers, traders and collector groups connected to the agricultural resources we work with.

Business Model
The Model
We train farmers and women collector groups and give them access to tractors, seed and practical field support.
Farmers grow maize and sorghum while women’s groups collect shea nuts, with quality checked at the farm gate.
We mill grain into HILU flour and press shea into butter in South Sudan, with every batch quality controlled.
Finished products reach households, retailers, wholesalers and export buyers, bringing income back to the source.
How we work
We connect services, processing and markets to add value to agriculture.
We work across maize, sorghum and shea value chains, connecting producers, traders, organised collector groups, processing activities and customers.
The objective is to strengthen local production, increase value addition and create dependable routes from raw agricultural resources to market-ready products.
Our model begins with the people, producers, traders and collector groups connected to the agricultural resources we work with.
Processing and product development create opportunities to retain more value within the supply chain before products reach the market.
We connect products and raw materials with retail, wholesale, commercial and wider market opportunities.
