Production planned around a resilient local crop
Sorghum is an important crop within South Sudanese agriculture. Ubuntu supports sorghum production from field preparation and planting coordination through seasonal crop monitoring. We bring the crop to harvest at the right stage so it moves into storage, processing or the market in good condition. By producing and milling sorghum locally, more value remains with the communities that grow and eat it.
